When you post something, there are two issues:
1. Sometimes you can just hit the REFRESH button ant it will update your screen with new info.
2. I have noticed that sometimes it just takes longer for a posting to get updated on the website's side. I guess it is because of level of other activity. Wait several minutes and REFRESH.
REFRESH forces a new update while other times you just get the old version which is sitting on your local harddrive.
